BAKER, Shirley Entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of November 10, 2006, Shirley Lee Baker, widow of J. David Baker, Jr. Residence, Lakeland, Florida, formerly of Sullivan’s Island, SC. The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services at the graveside in Riverview Memorial Park, Saturday, November 18, 2006 at two o’clock. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL Friday between five and seven o’clock. Mrs. Baker was born June 12, 1920 in Charleston, SC, the daughter of William H. Lee and Bernice Robinson Lee. She was a graduate of the College of Charleston and received her Masters degree from The Citadel. She retired as a school teacher from the Charleston County School District. She is survived by one daughter: Beverly B. Burn of Sarasota, FL; two sons: Dr. J. David Baker, III of Charleston, SC and Robert L. Baker of Lakeland, FL; one sister: Marjorie L. Rucker of Charleston, SC; seven grandchildren: Tiffany, Robert, Jackson, Marcie, Bobby, Mark, and Ashley.
