This is a great program. I signed up and was able to log in without incident. It is easy to maneuver, user friendly and diverse in job offerings, contacts, career management tabs and I liked the education section, offering insight into the various components of job seeking.

I am so pleased the CAA has invested in this tool. We have needed a more nuanced tool for alumni to alumni career engagement. CareerShift is not just another job board. It allows a direct connection to a potential informational interview. In my current role, I use it to research the strength of our alumni base within corporations to prepare for meeting with senior leadership.
