Resti Zoilo Labalan Andin 54, of Fairfax, Virginia, husband of Miyon Andin, entered into eternal rest Sunday, May 4, 2025.
Resti was born in March 1971, in Angeles City, Philippines, son of the late Rosenda Larkin and the late Zoilo Andin. He was raised by Joel Larkin since Resti was seven years old. Resti was a naturally gifted leader who led with integrity, moral courage, and honor. He was tough, but that built strength and resilience. He nurtured relationships by treating others with dignity and respect. He was a devoted and blessed gift as a son and as a younger brother. Resti would drop everything to be with his father or brother whenever they needed him. As a husband and father, Resti was present and prioritized his family above all else. He and Miyon were like needle and thread, always connected. He loved to tease his children, Autumn and Jonathan, as every good dad does, but he loved his family fiercely. You can see the fruits of his labor–his family is strong, loving, and faithful, just like him.
In addition to his wife, Miyon Andin, of 27 years, he is survived by his two children, Autumn Andin, of Fairfax, Virginia and Jonathan Andin, of Fairfax Virginia; by his stepfather, Joel Larkin of Summerville, South Carolina; and by his brother José Andin (Eda Campanilla) of Monterey, California.
