Patricia Jean (Pazoga) Todd, 64, of Indiana Township, Pa., passed away at home surrounded by her loving family Wednesday, March 2, 2022, due to complications from cancer. Born Jan. 12, 1958, in Bronx, N.Y., she was the middle child of Henry and Jean Pazoga. In her younger years, Patty was involved in her high school and church in Oradell, N.J., before migrating south for college. She attended the College of William & Mary, where she met the love of her life. She went on to earn her Master’s in education from the Citadel. Patty had a passion for colonial times and worked at both the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and at the Historic Charleston Foundation. Patty at her core was the definition of a humble servant and she selflessly gave to all. She was heavily involved in her children’s lives, church group and an abundance of organizations. Patty was a familiar face around school as she helped create and run Field Day and Colonial Day at Hartwood Elementary School, was a Girl Scout troop and Cub Scout leader for many years, amongst her countless other volunteer roles. She was an involved member of Christ Church Fox Chapel for 24 years, serving as part of the Vestry and Women’s Group. When Patty wasn’t volunteering, she enjoyed exploring new places, crafting, puzzles and knitting caps for cancer patients. Patty was an incredibly loving, selfless and caring woman, who loved to celebrate every holiday and occasion. She found joy in connecting with others through handwritten cards and personalized gifts. Her faith was of the utmost importance to her throughout her life, and she tackled her cancer diagnosis head-on with help from above. She has been a staple of our community and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 37 years, Robert Todd; her children, Sarah Todd, Jeffrey Todd, Andrew Todd and Amanda (Cody) Tharpe; parents, Henry and Jean Pazoga; sister, Suzanne Pazoga; brother, Hank (Helen) Pazoga; mother-in-law, Betty Todd; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2022, in Christ Church Fox Chapel. For those that cannot attend in person, details of a livestream or recording will be made available. In lieu of flowers, Patty requested donations to Christ Church Fox Chapel or an act of service in her honor.
