James was born on May 3, 1948 and passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017.
James was a resident of Bluff City, Tennessee at the time of his passing.
He graduated with a B.S. Degree from The Citadel in Charleston, SC.He also earned a Master’s of Divinity from Southeastern Seminary and a Master’s in Education from the University of South Carolina.
He was married to Dora Lee Phillips.
