Harry Franklin McDole Jr., 60, of Albany, passed away Tuesday, Oct 6, 2015 at his residence.
Harry was an active member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 3607 and was a fourth-degree Knight. He was a veteran, with service in the U.S. Marine Corps.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Franklin McDole Sr. and Shirley Six McDole; brother, Thurman McDole; and daughter, Roberta McDole.
Survivors include a longtime companion, Beverley W. Paul of Albany; sons, John McDole (Jessica) of Sunnyvale, California and Paul McDole (Andrea) of Hamlet; daughter, Sarah McDole of Washington, D.C.; siblings, Harold McDole, Cheryl Scalf, Oscar McDole, Dan McDole, Jeffery McDole and Charlotte L. Owens; and grandchildren, Moira McDole, Thomas McDole and Ashley McDole.
His funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Teresa’s Catholic Church in Albany. Services graveside will be conducted with military honors 3 p.m. Sunday at Richmond Memorial Park in Rockingham.
