Rock Hill Area Citadel Club Cadet Sendoff

There will be a social and informational orientation for all incoming freshmen and their parents on June 26, 2025, at 6 p.m., at 1895 McClain Dr., Rock Hill, SC. There will be alumni, cadets, and parents of cadets taking part in a program to make the transition into The Citadel as easy as possible. Answers to questions about what to take, hints on how to adjust to the first weeks, what you need to know, what to expect, how to study, finances, etc., will be provided by those who have been there and are willing to help. Sandwiches and drinks will be provided in an informal setting.

This program is not mandatory, but we urge everyone to attend, if possible. We hope that it will help incoming cadets have less difficulty in “surviving” the first weeks and successfully finishing that all important first year of college.
