New Jersey Citadel Club Muster
Please join us as we celebrate the birthday of our Corps of Cadets and honor those who have passed away this year at our Muster. Dress code is business casual and spouses/ significant others are welcome. The menu will be Classic Wedge Salad Red Onion, Tomatoes, Bacon, Bleu Cheese Dressing and Crumbles, an entree choice of Seared Tuna Blackened Spice, Avocado Mousse, Red Pepper Coulis, Heirloom Roasted Chicken Asparagus Risotto, Creamed Leeks, Crispy Basil and Prime NY Strip Bordelaise Sauce, Creamed Spinach, Herb Roasted Potatoes with a Ricotta Cheesecake dessert. Cost for the evening is $115 per person.
