Earl Leslie McLain, 59, of Huntsville, AL, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015. Mr. McLain was a retired US Army veteran. He was employed by Tecolote Research as a Senior Cost Analyst. He was a member of Whitesburg Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Estelle McLain He is survived by his wife, Deborah; children, Dustin (Stacy) McLain, Austin (Wendi) McLain, Leslie Ann (Scott) Backus, Chelsea McLain; grandchildren, Leigh Ann Backus and Mason McLain; brothers, Johnny McLain (Linda), Lance McLain (Amy). Visitation will be at Whitesburg Baptist Church South Campus on Thursday, October 8 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a chapel service will be at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Valhalla Memory Gardens. Dr. Jimmy Jackson will be officiating. Donations may be made to Whitesburg Baptist Church or the International Missionary Board for Southern Baptist. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
