Douglas A. Corson, 81, of Dennisville, NJ (formerly) passed away on May 29, 2020 in Arizona. Born in Salem, NJ, he was a graduate of Salem High School and the Citadel, class of 1961. Mr. Corson worked as a Cost Accountant for Wheaton Glass and was the former owner of Marmora Hardware. He had also worked for Harbor Cove in Somers Point, NJ. Mr. Corson served as Chairman of the Board of Adjustment for Dennis Township, NJ and was a member of the Ruritan Club. Surviving are his wife, Cora of Phoenix, AZ children, Jennifer Alexander (Richard) of Phoenix, AZ, Christina Chojnacki (Darin) of Jupiter Farms, FL, four grandchildren, Hallie, Brody, Amelia and Gabriel, and a brother Alan Corson (Linda) of Beesley’s Point, NJ. A time of sharing and remembrance will be held on Monday, July 12th from one until two o’clock in the afternoon at The Godfrey Funeral Home of Palermo, 644 South Shore Road, Palermo, NJ.
