About the donor:
Colonel Coleman spent 28 years flying fighters (1967-1994). He flew 13 different jets with over 4500 hours; 567 missions. He served two tours in Vietnam and one in the Gulf War with over 1003 combat hours. Aide to two general officers; executive officer, operations officer and Commander 75th TAC Fighter Squadron. Chief of Staff Tactical Evaluations and Exercises 6th Allied Tactical Air Force. Deputy Commander for Operations 23rd Tactical Fighter Wing and Director Contingency Plans and Arms Control for Combat Command.
Jets flown included F-100, F-5, F-104, AT-33, AT-38, A-37, F-III A/E/F. A-10, Alpha Jet and F-16 Viper.
As a cadet, Colonel Coleman was in Mike Company and a Member of the only golf team to win the Southern Conference.
