I'm donating the sword in memory of Carter A. Howell, Capt, USAF, Class of 1969. He was KIA in Vietnam March 7, 1972 and was an F-4 Phantom Fighter Pilot. I was also an Intelligence Officer, USAF, 4th Tactical Fighter Wing station in Ubon Thailand. While there I briefed missions into Hanoi area.
