Greg was born on June 11, 1957, in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, to Simon and Theresa Kralik.
Greg graduated from The Citadel in 1979 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Following his graduation, he proudly served in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Captain. He later continued his education and received his MBA in Telecommunications Management from the University of Dallas in 2001. Greg had a constant curiosity and a deep love of learning, always seeking to expand his knowledge. He built a long and successful career in telecommunications and software, beginning at BETAC and finishing his professional journey at Salesforce.
Greg was a man of many passions, but above all, he was dedicated to helping others. Mentorship was one of his most meaningful roles—he found great joy in supporting and guiding those around him. His compassion extended far beyond his family and friends. He devoted countless hours to volunteering with organizations, including Operation Care International, while giving back through ministry work through his church youth group, helping the homeless, working at the food bank, and lending a helping hand wherever it was needed. His heart for service was evident in everything he touched.
Greg was united in marriage to the love of his life, Kay Kralik, on July 27, 2019. Their love for each other was unwavering and beautifully evident to everyone who knew them. He is survived by his mother, Theresa Kralik, and his loving wife, Kay Kralik. He is also remembered by Patricia Kralik and his six children and their spouses: Christopher and his wife Tarren, Melissa and her husband Chance, Stephanie and her husband Brian, Elizabeth and her husband Daniel, Michael, and David, as well as Kay’s children and spouses, Scott and his wife Laura, and Amanda and her husband Kyle. He cherished all of his children deeply.
Greg is also survived by his three siblings: Jacqueline, Stephen, and Jennifer; nine adored grandchildren: Savannah, Austin, Tyler, Dean, Emma, Kylee, Charlotte, Jacob and Olivia; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Simon Kralik.
Greg’s legacy of love, wisdom, and service will live eternally on in the hearts of those who knew him.
