LTC (Ret.) William Theodore Petersen, Jr., age 70, of Clarksville, TN, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center. Services are to be announced for a later date. Mid-South Funeral Care is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Petersen was born in Washington, DC on October 2, 1941 to the late William T. and Kathryn Powell Petersen. He was retired from the US Army. He is survived by his wife, Diana E. Petersen; son, Jon Petersen of Austin, TX; daughters, Elizabeth “Libby” Dankodchik of Plano, TX and Andrea Larsen of Dripping Springs, TX.
