Mr. William Frazier Gaskins, 78, died Tuesday, July 22, 2003, at the Doctors Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 26, 2003, in the Mausoleum at Westover Memorial Park with Mr. Bobby Hooper officiating. Mr. Gaskins was a native of Fitzgerald, Georgia. He was a WWII, Navy veteran and a graduate of the Citadel in 1950. Mr. Gaskins was Chairman of the Board of Richmond Paving Company. Survivors include three sons, Steve Gaskins, Martinez, Mark Gaskins, Appling, and Greg Gaskins, Evans; one brother, John Gaskin and one sister, Thelma Lassiter, both of Charleston, S.C., and eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandsons, Mark Frazier Gaskins II, Patrick Alexander Gaskins, Andrew Fuller Gaskins, and William Frederick Gaskins.
