William D. Allen, of Keizer, Ore., the in-house photographer for friends and family died on Nov 14th after a long and courageous battle with Throat cancer. Bo was born in Detroit Michigan on June 9, 1941. He was the only child of Julian Brawn and Elizabeth Day, Bo was survived by his loving wife, Myrna Ullrich of 11 years Bo is also survived by his two children son, Chris and Daughter Aline and stepchildren, Michael, Marcy and Mardy and 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Bo graduated from The Citadel Military School in Virginia and was also member of Keizer Senior Center and Keizer Elks club. Bo always made himself available to take pictures of member as needed and was their publicity coordinator Bo traveled all over the US doing slice shows for Marriott events. He also was editor for Marriot World News Magazine. He coordinated the Bi centennial 76th celebration in the Silvin Theater on the Washington Mall for Marriott. He enjoyed dancing and being with friend a few times a week at Keizer Senior Center He also enjoyed playing cards and traveling with Friend and family. In Honor of Bo there will be a gathering at the Keizer Senior Center at 930 Plymouth Dr. NE on Dec 12th between 1&3 we will be serving two of Bo’s favorite things, Starbucks coffee and chocolate cake and will also have a display of the beautiful he has taken over the years.
