Thomas D. Bedenbaugh Sr. MURRELLS INLET | Thomas Day Bedenbaugh Sr., 77, died Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at his residence. Born July 5, 1930 in Newberry County, South Carolina, he was the son of the late James Wright Bedenbaugh and the late Eula Blair Bedenbaugh. Mr. Bedenbaugh was a 1951 graduate of The Citadel and an Air Force veteran. He worked as a plant manager in the lumber industry in Orangeburg and Kershaw counties. Mr. Bedenbaugh was a member of Belin Memorial United Methodist Church and the Inlet Square Mall Walkers. He was preceded in death by a sister, Dorice B. Myers. Thomas is survived by his wife, Sylvia Bedenbaugh; son, Thomas Bedenbaugh Jr. and wife, Gilda, of North Carolina; daughter, Paige Kilton and husband, Jim, of Easley, S.C.; four grandchildren, Nathan Bedenbaugh and Jorie Bedenbaugh of N.C., Jared Kilton and Olivia Kilton of Easley, S.C.; one sister, Louise B. Antley of Aiken, S.C.; and a daughter-in-law, Susan Inabinet. Memorial services will be held at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel, at 11 a.m. Friday, August 24, 2007, with the Rev. Dr. B.
