Date of Death N/A 12/14/2007 Notice Baumgardner,TerrencePaul* Terrence Paul Baumgardner Terrence Paul Baumgardner July 20, 1947 – Dec. 14, 2007 Terrence P. Baumgardner, age 60, passed from this earth on Friday, December 14, 2007 in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer Baumgarder and Marian Hedrick. Terrence was born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania where he spent the early years of his life. He attended The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina and joined the United States Army in 1966. During his enlistment in the Army he was stationed in Okinawa, Japan where he met his wife, Kazuko. They married July 28, 1969 in Okinawa, Japan. Terrence and Kazuko moved back to the United States in 1970. They resided in Laurel, Maryland before moving to Texas in 1973. Terrence has called Austin, Texas home for over 32 years. Terrence was the co-owner of Precise Machine and Etching in Cedar Park, Texas for over 26 years. He was a very skilled and talented machinist. Even though Terrence was a model for excellence in all aspects of his work, he was best known for his humor and love for all people. His greatest love was for his family and their greatest love was loving him. Terrence is survived by his wife, Kazuko Baumgardner of Round Rock, Texas; daughters and sons-in-law Kathy and Keith Swenson of Round Rock, Texas and Pamela and Brandon Hyatt of Waco, Texas; grandchildren Jade Baumgardner, Kelly Swenson and Cody Swenson of Round Rock, Texas; brothers and sisters-in-law David and Jean Hedrick of Skyesville, Maryland and Gordon and Marlene Baumgardner of Farmbell, Pennsylvania. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2007, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 3:30 p.m. at the Memorial Chapel of Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice Austin.
