Col. Stanfield Frost, Jr., 74, of Summerville, entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 09, 2013. Colonel Frost was born in Mineola, NY on June 30, 1939. He was the son of the late Mr. Stanfield Frost, Sr. and Signa Andressen Frost. He was a 1961 graduate of The Citadel and served 28 years in the United States Air Force. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary Jeanette Slattery Frost; four daughters, Stephanie Thomas (Bennie), Jennifer George (AJ), Karen Eppard (Marc) and Melanie Hoyt (Stuart); grandchildren, Adrian, Christopher, Benjamin, Amelia and Aurora George, Mary Catherine Frost, Matthew and Jonathan Eppard and Caroline and Jack Hoyt. He is survived by his sister of Rockledge, FL, Janet Stalnaker. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 1pm at Divine Redeemer Catholic Church in Hanahan. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Col.
