Rose Shivar was born on October 21, 1933 and passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018.
Rose was a resident of Clemson, South Carolina at the time of passing.
Mrs. Shivar received her master’s at the Citadel, was a graduate of Winthrop College and Bluffton High School.
