The Citadel Alumni Association Contributes to Scholarships
The Citadel Alumni Association capped off a banner year of giving at its annual membership meeting. The Association will contribute $900,000 to support college operations, CAA legacy cadet and need-based scholarships, and enhance The Citadel’s Service to Country Tuition Scholarships and National Service Room and Board Scholarships for ROTC cadets.

The Citadel Alumni Association Distinguished Alumnus Highlight
David L. Rawlinson II, '98
Rawlinson earned his JD degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his MBA degree from Harvard Business School. He went on to serve as a White House Fellow and later as Senior Advisor for Economic Policy under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama. After holding executive leadership roles at ITT Exelis and Grainger, Rawlinson became President and CEO of Qurate Retail, the parent company of QVC, where he leads one of the world's largest video and digital commerce businesses.
