CODESPOTI, Dolly Mary E. (Dolly) Codespoti, 51, of Charleston, SC died Saturday, November 26, 2005 at a local hospital. Born May 23, 1954 in Charleston, SC she was the daughter of the late Peter Joseph Codespoti, Sr. and Eula Lee Pellum Codespoti. A graduate of Middleton High School and Suwanee, she was a former member of Mensa. Dolly earned her MBA from The Citadel. She was an appraiser for J. North Moore for 10 years. Dolly changed careers to become a private caregiver for Down syndrome patient where she touched many lives. She is survived by her sister Angela Sue Merlino and husband Bart of Charleston; two brothers, Daniel J. Codespoti and wife Sandra of Spartanburg, and Sidney J. Codespoti and wife Melanie of Charleston; seven nieces and nephews: Melanie Glaize, Mark Glaize, William J. Codespoti, Daniel Joseph Codespoti and wife Cynthia, Olivia Codespoti, Graham Codespoti, and Liberty Smith; and many cousins. Her brother, Peter Codespoti, preceded her in death. The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. The family will receive friends in the Church hall immediately following the funeral. Interment will be private.
