Kenneth Boykin McCaskill Easley Kenneth Boykin McCaskill, 81, husband of the late Doris Gaynor McCaskill went home to be with his Lord, Monday, March 3, 2008, at his home. Born in Lee County, South Carolina, he was a son of the late T. P. and Annie Colvin McCaskill. He was a graduate of The Citadel with a B.S. degree in chemistry and retired from the U.S. Government as a research chemist following 20 years of service. Mr. McCaskill served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, April Caroline and Kenneth Satterfield of Piedmont, S.C.; two sisters, Frances Catoe and Jewel Cribb, both of Lugoff, S.C.; two grandchildren, Kimberly Michelle Satterfield of Antioch, Tenn. and Kevin Michael Satterfield of Piedmont, S.C. Graveside funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2008, at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens Cemetery with Reverend Dr. Keith Shorter officiating. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2008, at Dillard Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Pickens Senior Center, 129 Schoolhouse Street, Pickens, South Carolina 29671.
