James Thomas Vincent, Jr., 43, of Hampton, who was currently residing in Beaufort County, died early Wednesday morning, March 28th, in the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Mr. Vincent was born in Hampton County June 26, 1974, a son of James Thomas Vincent, Sr. and Betty Sineath Vincent. He was a 1992 graduate of Patrick Henry Academy in Hampton County, a graduate of The Citadel Class of 1996 (Golf Company) and a graduate of the 1999 Pharmacy Class at the Medical University of South Carolina. He was a supporter of The Citadel and many of their activities and enjoyed hunting and boating. He was a member of the Hampton First Baptist Church. Surviving besides his parents of Hampton are: sisters: Sheila Vincent Roy and husband, Taube of Burnsville, NC, and Ashley Vincent Burbage and husband, Jason of Columbia. He has six nephews. Funeral services will be 2 PM Saturday in the Hampton First Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Emerson Wiles and Rev. Daniel Burbage with burial in the Hampton Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 PM at Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home located at 300 Mulberry Street West in Hampton and Saturday morning until 1 PM when the casket will be placed in the church prior to services.
