James (Jim) F. Moseley, 85, of Jacksonville, Fla., peacefully passed away in Charleston, South Carolina on Monday, March 28, 2022, only 5 blocks from where he was born in 1936. He is predeceased by his parents John Olin Moseley and Kathryn Moran Moseley. After graduating from Landon High School in Jacksonville in 1954, Jim graduated from The Citadel in 1958.
