James Allison Carey was a Citadel Graduate in the year 1972, son of Lt. Col. Earle Phillip Carey and Virgina Richardson Carey. He is survived by two brothers, a sister, two sons and three grandchildren. A memorial service will be held in his honor at CCC Funeral Home, 2054 Wambaw Creek Road, Charleston, SC 29492 on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 11AM.
