Bruce M. Hurlbert of Williamsport, PA, died November 15, 2021. After serving in the U. S. Army, he earned a Masters in Library Science from Florida Stste University. Hurlbert held administrative position in libraries in Florida, Virginia, and retired as library director for Lycoming College.
Hurlbert is survived by his wife Janet, 2731 Estella Ave, Montoursville, PA., 17754, two daughters, and three grandchildren
