Albert (Mac) McLees Perry, 93, Of Virginia Beach, Va., passed away April 11, 2012. He was born Jan. 30, 1919. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII and Korea. He was a graduate of the Citadel and George Washington University of Law School and was a retired research lawyer for the Library of Congress. He resided at Our Lady of Perpetual Help. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, June Perry. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Janet C. Titus and her husband Dick and Anne Marie (Jodi) Woolard and her husband Curtis; four grandchildren, Lori Leonard, Richard Titus, Sharon Miles, and Kelly Welch; and eight great-grandchildren, Rachel, Kevin, and Maura Leonard, Charlie Titus, Lauren and Peyton Miles, and Libby and Jack Welch. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m., Saturday, April 14, at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, April 16, at National Funeral Home in Falls Church, VA. Burial will follow in National Memorial Park. Tags: 1942
