Wayne Bellinger Kuhn, 82 years old, of Fort Walton Beach, FL passed away on October 5th, 2020 with his wife Susan and their children by his side.
Wayne was born in Boyd, FL on December 16, 1937 to James Elbert & Ruth Kuhn. Wayne attended the Citadel in South Carolina, and after graduating, he received his commission and joined the Army. There he met his wife Susan. They married in Irvington, NJ and raised two children. He served two tours in Vietnam and retired as a Colonel after 25 years. Wayne then moved to Fort Walton Beach, FL and worked at Farm Bureau Insurance. He was a faithful follower of Christ and an active member of his church. Wayne was most proud of serving the Lord and being a husband and father.
Wayne was preceded in death by his father James Elbert Kuhn, mother Ruth Kuhn and his brother, Bert Kuhn. He is survived by his wife Susan Kuhn; children Barbara Trojanowski and Wayne Kuhn; son-in-law Ray Trojanowski; daughter-in-law Jennifer Kuhn; grandchildren Ryan and Matthew Trojanowski, and Cameron and Brooklyn Kuhn; sister Virginia Edwards and countless extended family members and friends.
A private family service for Wayne will be held at Barrancas National Cemetery.
