Clement Williams Twiford, 79, of Hampstead and Topsail Beach, NC. Died Thursday June 21, 2018. Born in Goldsboro, NC. Major, U.S. Air Force, retired with 22 years of service. Survived by beloved wife, Rosemary Twiford, daughter, Babette O’Brien (Michael) of Duluth, GA; son, Dallas C. Twiford (Diane) of Chuluota, FL; step-daughters, Jill Wells-Heath of Raleigh, NC, and Pamela Wells King of Mt. Olive, NC; grandchildren, Cory, Connor and Jessie O’Brien, and Dallas Jr. and Emma Twiford; step-grandchildren, Samuel Heath and Julie Ivey. Memorial service will be 11am Monday, July 2, 2018, at Emma Anderson Memorial Chapel, Topsail Beach, NC. Interment with military honors follows at 2pm Monday at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, NC.
