Celebrating the life of Michael Daly on Monday, February 27, 2017 at the Bocco Funeral Home, 1300 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ. Visitation from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Farewell blessing at 1:00 PM. Mike is survived by his wife, Diane Nuzzi (nee DiBartolomeo), His brother Edward Daly (Karen) and nieces Meghan & Caitlin. Mike was born in Philadelphia. He attended high school at Staunton Military Academy in Staunton Virginia, the Citadel Military College in South Carolina, and received his Bachelor’s degree from West Chester University. He was married to his first wife Joan until her death. Mike was a lifelong member of Roofer’s Local 30, Philadelphia, PA and served the membership as a Business Agent until his retirement. In 2006, Mike founded Struc-Tite Restoration, Inc. He served as President of the company until shortly before his death on February 22, 2017. Mike was an avid hockey & football fan, and an ardent collector of Reading & Pennsylvania Railroad memorabilia. His generous spirit, quick wit & infamous one-liners will be missed by all who knew him.
