William was born on November 30, 1962 and passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016.
William was a resident of Columbia, South Carolina at the time of his passing.
Sully graduated from Kempsville High School, and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel Military College of Charleston in 1984.
He was married to Kaye Barnes Sullivan.
His wonderful spirit, joy and life will be celebrated with a memorial service at 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 12th, 2016, at Radius Church, 300 Main Street Lexington SC. 29072Memorial Service
