Michael John Pellicci, 60, of Upper Saint Clair and Jupiter, Florida, passed away suddenly on April 17th from complications from recent surgeries. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Pellicci, and is survived by his father, General (Retired) Jack Pellicci, U.S. Army, of Springfield, Virginia, and the love of his life, Suzanne Vincent Pellicci. He has two amazing and brilliant sons, Michael, a sophomore at the University of Miami (Coral Gables), and Alex, a senior at Upper Saint Clair High School. Michael has three siblings, Deanna Broujos of Pittsburgh (Gregg), David Pellicci of Annapolis, MD (Kelley), and Colonel (Retired) Jack Pellicci, Jr. of Blue Bell, PA (Ginny). Uncle Mike will be missed terribly by his nieces and nephews, Zach Broujos, Nicky Broujos, Gianna Pellicci, Susie Pellicci, Olivia Pellicci, and many loving in-laws and nieces and nephews of the Vincent family. Michael was a graduate with high honors from The Citadel, and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Mike was a Certified Public Accountant and was most recently the Chief Financial Officer at Tier One Relocation, a transportation logistics company in Pittsburgh. Previously Michael held high level executive positions at various shipping/transportation companies in Pittsburgh and Florida. He was a proud member of the U.S. Army Reserves. Mike was a financial wizard and always happy to give his friends sound advice, which was requested frequently. Michael loved to golf, but did not do much of it as he loved spending time with his family more. He enjoyed going to concerts and excellent restaurants with Suzanne, attending Steeler games with Michael and Alex, and attending their countless basketball, football, and lacrosse games at Upper Saint Clair. And he loved a good trip to Vegas for slots and sports betting, as well as a trip to Joe’s Stone Crab. He always looked forward to his annual March Madness trips with his high school friends from Carlisle, PA. His family will miss his big smile and quiet laugh, as well as food particles that frequented his face. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, April 22nd, at 10:00AM in Resurrection Parish, St. Thomas More Catholic Church at 126 Fort Couch Road in Upper Saint Clair. Memorial donations can be made to The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Pittsburgh Chapter, 1501 Reedsdale Street, Suite 105, Pittsburgh, PA.15233.
