William B. Walker, 90, of Clearwater, Fla., passed away July 9, 2015. He was born in Staten Island, NY; and graduated from the Citadel in Charleston, SC with a degree in civil engineering and was a Veteran of WWII. He is survived by his loving family and friends. No services are scheduled. Bill will be interred at C.W.
