Harry Debernia Wills, age 89 of Oak Ridge, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014, at U. T. Medical Center. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in WWII. He worked many years as an engineer for Union Carbide / Y-12 and General Electric until his retirement. Harry enjoyed skeet shooting and hunting.
Preceded in death by his parents, Clarence L. and Margie Riddle Wills; wife, Evelyn Wills; son, Berny Wills; brother, Clarence L. Wills, Jr.
