Dailey Webster Bugg, of Colorado Springs, Colo., died Feb. 16, 2015. Born July 29, 1943 Wenatchee, WA Passed Away February 16, 2015 Colorado Springs, CO Dailey Bugg passed away on February 16, 2015 at the age of 71 after a long period of deteriorating health. He is survived by his wife Nancy, his daughter Mary and his sister Marcia. His early life was spent moving around frequently, as his parents were in the military. A graduate of the Citadel, he achieved a degree in Civil Engineering. A veteran of the Vietnam War, his Air Force career spanned 20 years, which included being an Electronic Warfare Officer on a B-52. Major Dailey Bugg’s last job in the Air Force was to build the Schriever Air Force Base where he worked for two decades. He retired as an Air Force Major and developed a career in private engineering sector in Colorado Springs. He was able to maintain his love of flying in the civilian life by being a private pilot, flight instructor, and a member of the Civil Air Patrol. Reserved, Intelligent, and honorable, he had a quiet sense of humor ans was delightfully sharp witted. Astute and quiet, Dailey has a way of getting to the heart of the matter and providing insight, wisdom and much needed honesty.
