Hartsville — Funeral services for Grady Skinner, 80, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 28, 2003 at Hebron United Methodist Church. The Rev. DeVere Williams will officiate with burial in church cemetery directed by Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 27, 2003 from 4-5 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Skinner died Friday, July 25, 2003. Born in Lee Co., SC, he was a son of the late Fred and Evelyn Smith Skinner. He was a member of Hebron United Methodist Church, a graduate of the Citadel, veteran of WWII, and retired as a contractor. Surviving are his wife, Paulette Gray Skinner of Hartsville, SC; sons, Tommy A. Skinner of Hartsville, SC, Fred G. Skinner of Hartsville, SC; daughters, Tammie D. Moore of Lamar, SC, Ellen S. Blackwell of Hartsville, SC; brother, Julius Skinner of Hartsville, SC; grandchildren, Crystal D. Elmore, Joel H. Blackwell, III, Kendell K. Skinner, Benjamin T. Moore, Chance H.
