EUBANK, Alexandra Alexandra McPherson Eubank died at her home in Charleston SC on October 23, 2007. Ms. Eubank was born April 23, 1948 in Washington, DC, the beloved daughter of Capt. Donald Alexander McPherson of Colorado Springs, CO and Eliza Huger Rutledge McPherson of Charleston, SC. She was a graduate of Ashley Hall and the College of Charleston, and received her Masters Degree at The Citadel. She was an active member of the Poetry Society of South Carolina and the Circular Congregational Church. She is survived by her brother, Donald Duncan McPherson of Charleston SC; three children: Donald McPherson Eubank of Tokyo, Japan, Eliza Huger Eubank of New York, NY and LTJG Perry Huston Eubank III of Norfolk, VA; and two nieces: Anna Rutledge McPherson of Malmo, Sweden and Eleanor McPherson Hutton of Conway, SC. Known to her family and friends as Sandy, she was a quick-witted, open-minded companion who had a wonderful way with words. Sandy’s warmth and free-spirited nature will be missed by all who knew her. Her relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services at the graveside in St. Philip’s Episcopal Churchyard on Sunday November 4th at 3 o’clock. Assisting with the arrangements are J.
