COYLE, Harry Entered into eternal rest on the evening of August 21, 2005, Dr. Harry Franklin Coyle, O.D., husband of Ann Dawson Coyle. Residence, Charleston, South Carolina. The relatives and friends of Dr. and Mrs. Harry Franklin Coyle are invited to attend the Funeral Services of the former in Yeamans Park Presbyterian Church, Wednesday morning, August 24, 2005 at eleven o’clock. Burial will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC. GREENRIDGE ROAD CHAPEL this (Tuesday) evening, August 23, 2005 from six until eight. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Yeamans Park Presbyterian Church, 5931 Murray Blvd., Hanahan, SC 29406. Dr. Coyle was born March 20, 1929 in Canton, Ohio, son of the late Harry Francis and Ruth Nesbit Coyle. Dr. Coyle was a member of Yeamans Park Presbyterian Chruch and served as an Elder. He was a graduate of The Citadel and Southern College of Optometry. He was an Army Veteran serving in the Korean Conflict and was a retired Optometrist and former owner of Coyle Optometry. Dr. Coyle was a Past President of the Rotary Club of North Charleston; South Carolina Optometric Association; and South Carolina Board of Examiners in Optometry and was a Charter Member of Yeamans Hall Golf Club. Surviving are his wife of Charleston; his two sons, Dr. Daniel D. Coyle and wife, Connie of Summerville, SC and Dr. D. Barry Coyle and wife, Pam of Ellicott City, MD; his daughter, Nancy C. Whitehorn of Charleston; and four grandchildren, Reid and Olivia Coyle of Summerville, SC; and Mia and Jack Coyle of Ellicott City, MD; and a close family friend, Suzanne Robert.
