Denny J. Andeppa, of Savannah, died Friday at his residence. He was born in Savannah, GA., and was a graduate of Savannah High School, and was a graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, S.C., with a Degree in Engineering. He served in WW II, in the US Army Air Force Engineering Battalion, responsible for the Construction of Airfields. He was a member of Landrum Lodge # 48, F. & A.M’s, the York Rite Commandery, and Alee Shriners. He was a member of St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church, the Lion’s Club of Savannah, and the Citadel Alumni Association. He was retired from the U.S. Corps of Engerineers. He is survived by three sisters, Mary Andeppa, Theodora Andeppa, and Ethel Andeppa Maginas, all of Savannah, GA., and several nephews. Visitation: 3:30- 5 p.m., Sunday at St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church, with a Trisagion Service at 4 p.m. at the Church. Funeral Services: 3 p.m., Monday at St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church, with Father Dr. John A. Caparisos, and Father A ndrew Maginas, officiating. Interment will follow in Bonaventure Cemetery. Memorial Coffee Hour will be held immediately following the interment service at Bonaventure Cemetery, at the Hellenic Center.
