The Citadel Alumni Association Distinguished Alumnus Highlight David L. Rawlinson II, '98 Rawlinson earned his JD degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his MBA degree from Harvard Business School. He went on to serve as a White House Fellow and later as Senior Advisor for Economic Policy under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama. After holding executive leadership roles at ITT Exelis and Grainger, Rawlinson became President and CEO of Qurate Retail, the parent company of QVC, where he leads one of the world's largest video and digital commerce businesses.
