DESCRIPTION:The Horry Citadel Club invites incoming members of the Class of 2030, current cadets, alumni, parents and friends of The Citadel to attend Knob Night 2026 and the annual Cadet Sendoff.\nThis event provides an opportunity for incoming cadets and their families from Horry and Georgetown counties to connect with current cadets, alumni and members of the Horry Citadel Club before matriculation.\nThe evening will include:\n\nA question-and-answer session with current cadets, alumni and parents\nTips and advice for navigating Knob Year\nInsights into academic majors and cadet life at The Citadel\nOpportunities to meet fellow cadets and families from the local area\n\nLight refreshments and drinks will be provided. Casual attire is encouraged.\nThose planning to attend are encouraged to contact Gary Browning (at pshama@aol.com or call or text 937 239-8633) with the number attending to assist with planning and refreshments.
