The Citadel Legislative Barbecue
On Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., The Citadel Alumni Association will host the 33rd Annual Citadel Alumni Legislative Barbecue in the Cantey Building at the State Fairgrounds in Columbia. The barbecue provides alumni and friends of The Citadel an opportunity to express appreciation to the members of the South Carolina General Assembly, the State Constitutional Officers and the Judiciary for their support of the college.
The barbecue is a means to foster a heightened interest in The Citadel with these state leaders in an atmosphere of fellowship and goodwill. It allows us to celebrate a very rich heritage of service by alumni to the State of South Carolina and to the nation. To ensure success in future generations, The Citadel needs your continued support.
Guests should enter through Gate 6 (Assembly Street).
